QA Nurse (RN) Position Summary

As the Quality Assurance Nurse at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor, review, and evaluate resident care practices.

  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Educate and support staff to uphold quality standards.

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and resident satisfaction.

  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

QA Nurse Requirements

  • Current unrestricted RN License for the state of Tennessee

  • 2 years experience as a RN

  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
