- About 70% of this position is patient triage and the other 30% is face-to-face direct patient cate, administering IVs and Definity.
- Responsible for ordering inventory and supplies for department to ensure fully stocked.
- Be a part of the Rapid Response Team.
- Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
- Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
- ADN or Nursing Diploma
- CA RN license
- BLS from American Heart Association
- BSN
- Cardiology experience as an RN
- Recent IV experience
