RN Case Manager (Peckham) (Per-Diem) - Hematology/Oncology Outpatient

We are looking for a Peds HemOnc experienced RN case manager to join our team. This is a per diem posting looking for someone with flexible days and availability. The RN Case Manager hours are 0830-1700. This per diem case manager would have the opportunity to cross train and work with many different diagnoses. JOB SUMMARY: Peckham Center Case Manager coordinates provision of care across the continuum for pediatric patients with a hematology and/or oncology diagnosis. The Case Manager advocates for the patient and family through triage, education, and navigation of insurance authorization requirements, as appropriate, to the nursing role. The Case Manager identifies, accesses, and allocates resources to meet the goals of care, as identified by the multidisciplinary team, in partnership with the patient and family. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience California RN License BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by American Heart Association Must qualify for California Children's Services (CCS) Paneling Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to manage large call volumes and triage patient care needs appropriately Experience working with children and adolescents with hematology and/or oncology diagnoses PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree 5 years of experience Bilingual - English/Spanish The current salary range for this position is $58.87 to $101.33 A candidate’s placement in the range will be determined based on the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Radiology Nurse (RN) (Casual) - Radiology

This is a casual position with a potential end date of 7/18/2026 JOB SUMMARY: An advanced level of clinical nursing practice achieved through planned, individualized programs for increasing knowledge, skills, professionalism, and clinical nursing judgment. Functions as a role model at the expert level of practice characterized by viewing situations as a whole, advanced clinical skills, teaching/mentoring of peers, acquisition of nursing knowledge, demonstration of leadership ability, and professional contributions to teams/units. Able to identify limitations of self and/or other clinical staff and seek and mobilize resources as needed. The Radiology RN must be able to work safety and effectively in the diagnostic imaging modalities. The Radiology RN must quickly gain the trust of customers and coworkers, especially given the throughput of exams in both inpatient and outpatient procedures. JOB SUMMARY: The Triage Resource RN functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice and is responsible for the independent application of the nursing process while providing patient care. RN Case Manager - Case Management

JOB SUMMARY: Case Managers function as liaisons between patients, their families, payors, and healthcare personnel to ensure appropriate movement along the continuum of care. Their focus includes coordinating discharge needs, quality of care, and implementing the utilization management process for acute inpatients. Case Managers perform concurrent review and denials management based on acute care guidelines with a focus on authorization and reimbursement, appropriateness of admission, length of stay, and avoidable delays in discharge. The Case Manager collaborates with the family, the care team, third party payors, and outside providers to coordinate discharge needs including home health, durable medical equipment, and safe transitions of care.
