Job Responsibilities

Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, and grooming.
Monitoring clients' health and reporting any concerns to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
Preparing meals and assisting clients with dietary needs.
Performing light housekeeping activities to maintain a clean, safe environment.
Assisting with mobility needs and transportation, including appointments and errands.
Documenting care provided and maintaining accurate client records.
