Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in alignment with hospital policies and clinical standards.
Monitor patient progress, document care interventions and maintain accurate medical records.
Support patient education efforts to enhance understanding and self-care management.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Assist in training, mentoring and onboarding new nurses and students.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols, infection control measures and regulatory requirements.

Overview The Registered Nurse-Surgery will be responsible for delegation, supervision, and provision of evidence-based nursing care for a designated group of patients through utilization of the nursing process.
