EXPERIENCED Caregiver Floater

We are expanding and have a floater position for a senior care expert. We are seeking to hire 1-2 professionals who have a minimum of 3 -5 years of caregiving experience with seniors, excellent communication skills, and a heart for working with seniors. The main function of our Floater is to ensure reliability, so we also seek individuals who can assist with all types of clients, not be afraid of animals, able to tolerate clients who smoke, have flexibilty on covering shifts and are able to drive.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH ALL CLIENTS !!!

Primary Responsibilities
· Work in our Grand Strand office unless covering shifts
. Contact clients to ensure satisfaction goals are met
· Assist with agency tasks like recruiting, schedule monitoring, and training
· Client visits and observations
· Help cover shifts when needed

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
· 3 - 5 years of experience working with seniors in a home setting
· English proficiency and excellent communication skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Able to participate in additional training (online, in person)
· Two references required
· Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
· High school diploma or GED
· Valid driver's license, clean driving record, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
· Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Work Hours - When not covering open shifts, you will be expected to work inside the office - normal business Office hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM. Floaters must have availablility to pick up open shifts. On-Call Rotation every other weekend.

Compensation
$16.50 / hour to start
