We currently have an opening for an on-call caregiver who can answer yes to these questions. At SYNERGY HomeCare we create a world of care at home for all, which means as an on-call caregiver you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of clients, with various needs and requests. We are seeking on-call caregivers to join our independently owned and operated national agency to care for the vulnerable members of our community when their other caregivers cannot be there.

As an Lead Caregiver/Office Assistent with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement

Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Meet a variety of clients and expand your experience

Train and assist with new hires

Provide office assistance 

Take on-call responsibilty 1 week a month for after hours calls
