About the Role:

The Fulltime Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine at Bloomington Medical Services (BMS01) plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive patient care within a specialized clinical setting. This position focuses on supporting physicians and healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. The role involves direct patient interaction, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, obtaining prior authorizations using several websites/portals, administering medications as directed, and assisting with diagnostic procedures related to endocrine and internal medicine conditions. The successful candidate will contribute to patient education, helping individuals understand their treatment plans and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and thyroid disorders. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN or CMA certification/license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in endocrinology, internal medicine, or a related specialty.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
