To be considered for the role, please apply at the following link: Position Details - Academic Personnel & Faculty Description The University of Washington Medical Center, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is looking for a full-time Teaching Associate/Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA-C) for the Division of Gynecologic Oncology. UW Medicine is the premier academic medical center in Washington state, encompasses 4 hospitals in the Seattle metro area and is the primary referral hospital for the five-state WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana and Idaho) region. The department supports a residency program, four fellowship programs, including Gynecologic Oncology, and is a major teaching site for UW medical students. This is a full-time, 12 month (July 1 - June 30) academic position on a yearly appointment with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. Teaching Associates hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. Position Responsibilities An ARNP/PA-C is a certified physician assistant or advanced registered nurse practitioner who provides evaluation and medical management to Gynecology Oncology patients at the University of Washington Medical Center - Montlake. The ARNP/PA-C would follow patients during their chemotherapy and radiation, providing medical supportive care, postoperative care, as well as surveillance after completion of treatment.
