Seeking a full time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Practice Highlights

  • Clinic Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Shift Schedule: 5 – 8s or 4 – 10s

Ideal Candidate

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2+ years of post-training experience in Family Medicine and/or Urgent Care
  • Ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team
  • Ability to occasionally cover the clinic as a solo provider
  • Desire to work with the underserved; experience working with indigent or rural population preferred

Department/Location Specific Notes:

  • Certification in BLS, ACLS, or PALs required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
