We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to lead our direct care efforts. As an RN, you will be responsible for the overall care management and clinical leadership on your unit.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Comprehensive Clinical Documentation: Complete all Daily Documentation of resident care, observations, and treatments with exceptional accuracy and thoroughness.

  • Order Management: Transcribe physicians’ orders accurately to the Medication Administration Records (MARs) and treatment sheets, and notify the pharmacy of new orders, changes, and refills promptly.

  • Medication Administration & Treatment: Prepare and administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by the physician, strictly adhering to all facility protocols and safety guidelines.

  • Clinical Oversight & Assessment: Perform comprehensive resident assessments, monitor conditions proactively, observe for any changes or adverse reactions, and report them promptly to the Director of Nursing (DON).

  • Care Planning & Implementation: Assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing individualized, interdisciplinary resident care plans.

  • Team Leadership: Provide effective direction, supervision, and mentorship to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest quality of patient-centered care is delivered.

  • All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator, contributing to the smooth and excellent operation of the facility.
