Maintain exceptionally clean, safe, and organized living conditions for residents, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. This includes tidying rooms, changing linens, and assisting with personal belongings. Accurately and thoroughly complete all required reports and records in a timely manner, documenting resident care, observations, and any changes in condition to ensure seamless communication within the care team. Perform all duties in strict accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, as well as facility policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of patient safety and care. Proactively observe and report any changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition to the Unit Manager or charge nurse promptly. Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed by care plans. Engage residents in meaningful social interactions and activities to promote their overall well-being. Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and other care team members to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Qualifications for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): High School Diploma or equivalent.
