Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Provider to lead our team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in our Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine departments. The role involves a combination of clinical and administrative responsibilities, with 75% of the time dedicated to clinical duties and 25% to administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide clinical care to patients in urgent care and occupational medicine settings.

· Lead and manage the team of APPs, offering mentorship and support.

· Oversee daily practice operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

· Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.

· Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff for comprehensive patient care.

· Monitor practice performance and implement improvement strategies.

· Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operations.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

· Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of APPs.
