Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and report changes to supervisors. Medical Procedures: Change dressings, insert catheters, collect specimens for lab testing, and assist with minor procedures. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with treatments, symptoms, and progress.
