Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student requiring assistance with tracheostomy care, G-tube feeding, seizure management, and personal hygiene.
Accompany the student on the bus to and from school, requiring arrival at the students home by 6:45 AM and bus drop-off around 3:13 PM.
Administer medical interventions as needed throughout the school day.
Monitor the students condition closely and communicate effectively with family and school staff.
Maintain thorough documentation of care and health observations.

Qualifications:

Current Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
Experience caring for children with complex medical needs, specifically trach, G-tube, and seizure care.
Ability to safely transport the student on the bus to and from home and school.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dependable, patient-focused, and physically capable of performing the required care duties.
