The NP/PA delivers patient-centered care in StatCare and Corporate Medical Services settings, focusing on evaluating and treating acute illnesses and injuries, performing minor procedures like suturing and I&D, and conducting pre-employment and DOT physicals, injury assessments, and management in Occupational Medicine. This position requires collaboration with physicians, nursing, and support staff to ensure high-quality care, efficient operations, and a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Medical coverage on your 1st day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements:

36 hours per week - First Shift

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Every Third Weekend

BLS/CPR Certification

Current and unrestricted state license in Indiana as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience as an NP or PA strongly preferred.

Prior experience in urgent care or occupational medicine preferred.

Records observations, treatments, and other pertinent information. Communicate with Medical Director, Attending Physician, branch leadership and IDG regarding findings from the visits and any measures to alleviate symptoms. Provides physical and emotional care to support the patient and family in period of crisis. Ability to triage consults by patient acuity. Master’s degree in nursing and certification through a national Nurse Practitioner Licensing board. 1+ years of clinical nursing experience 1+ year post-graduate clinical nursing experience in the hospice and palliative care field preferred Prior experience in Family Medicine, Geriatrics and psychiatry preferred. Current licensure in the state of practice as a Nurse Practitioner and maintain such licensure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
