For more information visit our website: www.aplacehome.com/towson We need in-home caregivers to work in Montgomery and Howard County JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE: Non-Medical Assistance Bathing, Grooming, and Dressing Toileting and Incontinent Care Meal Preparation and Diet Monitoring Medication Reminders Light Housekeeping and Laundry Standing, Transferring, and Walking Errands and Shopping Transportation Companionship BENEFITS: Paid every Friday Respect, fairness, and consideration Competitive hourly wages Bonus for caregiver referrals Bonus for caregiver of the month Continuing education provided Merit and loyalty wage increases Friendly and supportive office staff If you work overtime (more than 40 hours in a workweek), you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate for hours worked over 40 hours. If you work on any of our 8 Holidays, you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate. Clients set schedule, so there are a variety of shifts to choose from such as: 3 hour to 12 hour shifts Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends REQUIREMENTS: 1 year of caregiving experience that can be verified Dedication and passion for serving others Positive attitude Dependable - work the shifts you agree to, be on time, stay for the full shift Valid Driver's License or State ID Reliable transportation to and from work Able to pass a criminal background check Able to pass a drug test Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stoop, bend, and walk up and down stairs
