We need in-home caregivers to work in Montgomery and Howard County

JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Non-Medical Assistance
  • Bathing, Grooming, and Dressing
  • Toileting and Incontinent Care
  • Meal Preparation and Diet Monitoring
  • Medication Reminders
  • Light Housekeeping and Laundry
  • Standing, Transferring, and Walking
  • Errands and Shopping
  • Transportation
  • Companionship

  • If you work overtime (more than 40 hours in a workweek), you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate for hours worked over 40 hours.
  • If you work on any of our 8 Holidays, you will be paid at time and a half your regular, hourly rate.
  • Clients set schedule, so there are a variety of shifts to choose from such as:
    • 3 hour to 12 hour shifts
    • Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of caregiving experience that can be verified
  • Dedication and passion for serving others
  • Positive attitude
  • Dependable - work the shifts you agree to, be on time, stay for the full shift
  • Valid Driver's License or State ID
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Able to pass a criminal background check 
  • Able to pass a drug test
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stoop, bend, and walk up and down stairs
