Assesses family education and psychosocial needs daily across age, growth, and developmental stages. Safely initiates and documents emergency interventions, IV therapy, medication administration, and patient teaching. Demonstrates safe use of unit-specific equipment and follows all standard precautions and aseptic techniques. Performs dressing changes, specimen collection, glucose monitoring, urinary catheter insertion, and oxygen therapy.
