AMADA’s Caregivers provide:

Qualified Candidates Will Meet the Following Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, either one-on-one in clients’ homes or in senior living/assisted living facilities

  • Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable

  • Able to pass a national criminal background check

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

  • Clean driving record

  • Reliable transportation, valid Colorado driver’s license, and current auto insurance

  • Two professional references

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written; detail-oriented

  • Experience and/or training in Dementia and Memory Care

  • Experience working in senior retirement communities, assisted living, nursing homes, and/or private in-home care is highly valued

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide care and support to our clients during day, evening, weekend and overnight hours. Position Summary The Caregiver offers personal care and companionship during scheduled hours, ensuring client comfort, safety, and peace of mind. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and providing essential care when families cannot be present. Key Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support during scheduled hours. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as: Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) Toileting or incontinence care Mobility support and repositioning for comfort Monitor client’s condition and promptly report changes to supervisor. Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying, meal prep if needed). Ensure a safe environment, including fall prevention and emergency response. Offer medication reminders according to the care plan. Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, or CNA experience preferred, but not required training provided. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for client visits). Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
