Qualified Candidates Will Meet the Following Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, either one-on-one in clients’ homes or in senior living/assisted living facilities

  • Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable

  • Able to pass a national criminal background check

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

  • Clean driving record

  • Reliable transportation, valid Colorado driver’s license, and current auto insurance

  • Two professional references

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written; detail-oriented

  • Experience and/or training in Dementia and Memory Care

  • Experience working in senior retirement communities, assisted living, nursing homes, and/or private in-home care is highly valued
