Our team is passionate about improving quality of life for those we serve, and we are looking for compassionate caregivers to join us. Position Summary Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes. You’ll help clients remain independent and safe while delivering the kindness and respect they deserve. Key Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support. Provide companionship and meaningful conversation. Prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping related to client care. Offer medication reminders as outlined in the care plan. Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the office promptly. Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow all company and state guidelines. Qualifications Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required—paid training provided. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation to and from client homes. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and respect for client privacy and dignity. Schedule & Compensation Flexible shifts: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights available. Part-time and full-time opportunities. Position Summary The Caregiver offers personal care and companionship during scheduled hours, ensuring client comfort, safety, and peace of mind. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working independently and providing essential care when families cannot be present. Key Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support during scheduled hours. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as: Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) Toileting or incontinence care Mobility support and repositioning for comfort Monitor client’s condition and promptly report changes to supervisor. Perform light housekeeping related to client care (laundry, tidying, meal prep if needed). Ensure a safe environment, including fall prevention and emergency response. Offer medication reminders according to the care plan. Qualifications Previous caregiving, home care, or CNA experience preferred, but not required training provided. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for client visits). Ability to pass background check and drug screening. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills. Schedule & Compensation Various shifts offered. Flexible scheduling; part-time and full-time opportunities.
