What You’ll Do

Under the direction of a professional RN or supervising Physician, participates in delivering nursing care to clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists physician and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as liason between patients, staff and physician.

Requirements 

1.AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days.

2.Clinic Competency Assessment annually by transcript due date.

3.Current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.

Regional MDS Coordinator (RN/LPN) will oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and care planning processes for two skilled nursing facilities with small census populations.
