Your Role:

Provide high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and other medical tasks
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents

What You Need:

Active LPN license in the state of Iowa
Ability to pass a background check and mandatory drug screening
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for resident-centered care
