Assist residents with meals, mobility, and emotional support. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Partner with the Charge Nurse and care team to deliver person-centered care. Support residents with dementia, wounds, and other specialized needs.
