Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Miami, is seeking an RN Night Supervisor.

The supervisor functions are:

Direct and coordinate the nursing units under their supervision.
Provide resident care services with kindness and compassion to the residents.
Plan, organize, and oversee staff to provide patient care.
Evaluate carea and ensures customer satisfaction.
Oversee the department's daily staffing requirements.
Act as an interference between the staff, residents, and the residents' families.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards amd regulations.

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid Florida Nursiing License.
Previous RN experience in Long Term Care required
Previous Long Term care suprevisory experience highly preferred
