Front desk reception duties, answer phones, communicate patient needs via electronic messaging with the clinical team, day to day administrative and clerical activities, data entry, scheduling appointments according to Resident needs through appropriate prioritization, confirming appointments, maintain office hours/schedule per direction of NP office leadership. Maintains health records ensuring quality and HIPAA standards are met. Collaborates with team to ensure smooth and efficient practice operations.
