Transfers order to PCC Notifies pharmacy of changes in medication orders or need for refills, initial and date order changes Complies with Department of Human Services regulations and follows the WVC policies and procedures Completes lab requests per physician orders with all pertinent information. Overview Willow Valley Communities is hiring a PRN (as-needed) Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) to be responsible for the completion of MDS documentation and to oversee the MDS and care planning process. Maintains updated ICD-9 codes and resident diagnosis on all documentation. Attends quarterly Quality Assurance meetings as assigned. Participates in daily management stand-up meetings. Provides resident care, staff supervision, or other emergency nursing duties when necessary to meet the goals and resident care standards of the nursing department.
