Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure eligible in the state of Kentucky. Recent graduate with a provisional RN license. Basic personal computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems. Preferred: At least six months of current experience as a practicing RN with pediatric experience. We are looking for engaging caregivers to lead our childcare efforts to promote fun and stimulating programming within our pediatric skilled nursing facility! The Caregiver is an essential role in the total quality client/family coordination of care in a multidisciplinary method under the supervision of the nursing staff and the program coordinator. The Caregiver provides direct client care and is responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living that promotes the child's independence. Our Caregivers encourage engagement in developmentally appropriate activities and collaborate in the planning of a daily schedule.
