This Provider will provide services by performing the following duties: Obtain and record assessment of each patient including but not limited to the patient’s chief complaint, a review of systems, the patient’s past medical history and the patient’s family history. Treat or make recommendations for follow up care by one of the PCI specialists. Performing and documenting a clinically appropriate physical examination of each patient. Performing and ordering clinically appropriate procedures for each patient and documenting same; Analyzing reports and findings of tests and clinical examinations in order to assess the medical condition of each patient, including formulating a diagnosis of the injury or illness and documenting same in conformity with applicable professional standards, third party payor requirements and PCI policies and procedures.
