Primary duties for this position include but are not limited to:

Schedule patient appointments and procedures.
Record and maintaining records of vitals and other pertinent patient health data.
Preparing and assisting with in-office vein procedures and angiograms.

Manage patient communication, including returning phone calls and answering questions.
Manage and process referral buckets and clinical work queues.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa.
Prefer experience in a medical office performing similar functions.
CPR certification is required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency (or ability to become proficient) in EMR and related computer systems.
Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
