The Registered Nurse position will direct and coordinate resident care, while serving as a health and wellness educator, advisor and advocate to both the resident and the family. The LPN will be responsible for directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members and providing physical and psychological support for residents, friends and families. Additionally, the LPN will be responsible for, including but not limited to: Reviewing, implementing and evaluating the residents' plan of care. Providing nursing care to residents who require specialized nursing care in collaboration with the nurse manager.
