JOB RESPONSIBILLITIES: Restores and promotes patient’s health by completing the nursing process including but not limited to: a. Completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours of admission or per Behavioral Health Unit/JMH (Johnson Memorial Health) policy; reassesses routinely throughout patient’s stay on the unit. b. Completes individualized treatment plan for each patient. c. Plans, implements, and coordinates nursing care activities for patients. d.
