Country Lane Manor is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering top-quality care to our residents while working in a supportive and resident-centered environment.

Available Shift: PRN

Your Role:

Coordinate and deliver direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and best practices
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during your shift
Monitor and document resident conditions and update care teams accordingly
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide wound care, collect specimens, and assist with diagnostics
Ensure resident safety and uphold all infection control standards

What You Need:

Active RN license in the state of Iowa
Mental health experience preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
