Make a Difference The Manager of Administrative Services will manage behavioral health support staff/front office for the Hillsdale and Warren offices. This position will oversee, coordinate, and supervise all office coordinators working in outpatient clinical behavioral health locations. The Manager will conduct meetings with support staff, and perform personnel management functions including hiring, performance appraisals, development plans, and disciplinary actions. This position will function as a liaison between clinical and administrative staff. The manager will collaborate closely with the clinical managers to determine schedules for the offices and individual staff. This position will field complaints and suggestions from internal and external customers. The Manager will work in conjunction with administrative staff and patient accounts staff. This position will assist with performance improvement & policy procedure development. Exceptional Skills And Qualifications Applicants for this position should demonstrate strong patient care skills and provide an exceptional patient experience. Applicants can communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and physicians. Three (3) or more years of experience working in a medical office is preferred. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ability to work independently. Skills in problem identification and resolution. The Medical Assistant Trainee’s primary responsibility is to learn the concepts and skills to become a certified Medical Assistant within 16 weeks thru the Community Health Network paid Medical Assistant Training Program. The training program is developed to allow the trainee to actively participate and support the primary clinical teams upon completion. Once a Medical Assistant, The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting the provider of an ambulatory health care site with facilitation of patient visit and procedures, routine laboratory tests, referrals, and quality outcomes for the population of the practice. Manager Facilities Project

Make a Difference Under the supervision of the Team Leader of General Support Services and as an active member of the Facilities Project Team, plans, develops, specifies, and directs the design and construction of approved capital projects. Develops and implements plans necessary to fulfill the facilities management objective of providing a warm, attractive, friendly, reliable, safe environment for patients, visitors, physicians, and employees that can be effectively maintained and cleaned. Exceptional Skills And Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. High School diploma or GED (Required) 4 year / Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or architecture. Will accept another bachelor's with 8+ years of hospital/healthcare project management experience (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination and education will be considered. Certifications/Licenses: Certified Healthcare Facility Mgr (CHFM or other nationally recognized certification pertaining to Facilities, Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) by AHA and/or Professional Engineers (PE) by NSPE. 3 + years relevant experience in building design, inspection and construction with experience as an owners' project management representative (Required) Recommends and manages capital project budgets and schedules. Determines and develops total capital project cost estimates for budget purposes as assistance to other team members or for self-managed projects. Ensures accuracy of and approve all invoices related to the assigned capital project and monitors actual costs against budget. Manages total project costs not-to-exceed 3% of the approved budget, unless previously approved. Requests and recommends approval from the Team Leader of General Support Services whenever costs or schedules deviate from the budget plan. Based upon available internal and external resources, develops project schedules. Maintains the project schedule by determining and accomplishing each of the activities required. Identifies potential delays and “pushes" for decisions from the project program administrator/owner or the Team Leader of General Support Services. The Project Manager, for approved projects, assesses the facilities design needs of the departmental program and direct facilities design and construction which are consistent with the departmental objectives. The Life Safety Master Plan, AIA Guidelines for Construction and Equipment of Hospital and Medical Facilities, JCAHO, applicable Indiana Building Codes, Indiana Department of Health Rules and Regulations, Interiors Master Plan and Facilities Maintenance objectives are additional responsibilities they must endure. Utilize effective communication skills to assess, interrogate, question ideas, analyze, learn, and retain operational program information while being sensitive to specific departmental operational problems or issues. Confirm the program objectives with the Department Team Leaders, in writing, based on the information obtained in the assessment of needs process. Teach program Executive Directors or Departmental Team Leaders the project development and implementation process of: Identifying the program objectives; Determining work volumes, customer and staff needs; Translate #1 and #2 into facility alternatives (schematic design); preparations of Design Development; preparations of Construction Documents; Construction, Occupying the facility. Establishes Design Concept. Utilizes architectural design skills to prepare scaled space plans with layouts of equipment and furnishing to ensure adequate special relationship and people movement to meet program objectives. Personally performs or assists consultants with space utilization studies. Documents, existing conditions, and inventories of existing furnishings, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other design limitations. Present written proposals and illustrations to Department Team Leaders and staff to obtain consensus and ownership in the design concept. Manages the project construction process: Visits construction sites, observe work-in-place for correctness and progress. (QC). Answers any contractor's questions by interpreting contract documents. Coordinates access and service interruptions. Represents the Hospital's interest in construction progress meetings. For projects requiring consultants, manages the design and construction consultants. Acts as a liaison between the department and consultants. Reviews, critiques, and approves the consultant’s work (drawings, specifications, schedules, etc.). Approves progress payments. Demonstrates team attitude. Actively seeks input from Facilities Project Team members and provides constructive suggestions or recommendations for improvement. Assists other Facilities Project Team members as needed. Individuals may not perform all of these duties, or may perform additional, related duties not listed here. Why Community?
