Throughout this project, you will gain hands-on experience in healthcare data transformation, learning how raw claims and financial data flow through a modern pipeline into auditable payment platforms. By participating in the full project lifecycle—from initial discovery to go-live—you will develop practical skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. They will help us plan our annual fall Hill Day where we invite Aledade physicians to come to DC to meet with their legislators to advocate for primary care and accountable care. The intern will also help with small projects throughout the summer, such as preparing decks/presentations, researching different issues in policy, possibly writing short articles.
