Collaboration: Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team; will serve as a social worker representative for Rehab residents, complete PASARRs, and attend care conferences and Medicare meetings. Training: Training other nurses as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON). Qualifications: License: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or hospital settings.
