Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for quality assurance and performance improvement.
Work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to drive operational and clinical outcomes.
Ensure proper staffing levels, employee engagement, and ongoing staff education.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin (required).
Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or subacute rehabilitation.
Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
