Must demonstrate interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff mentoring and development. Must demonstrate managerial leadership and organizational abilities. Must have the ability to work in stressful conditions. Must demonstrate competence in oral and/or written communication skills.
