Location: Olean General Hospital Location of Job : US:NY:Olean Work Type : Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description The RN Practice Manager provides clinical and operational leadership to the Oncology service line practices under the direction of the Clinical Director. This role oversees the daily functionality of oncology clinics and infusion centers, ensuring that cancer patients receive safe, high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining operational efficiency and financial sustainability. The RN Practice Manager has direct supervisory responsibility over the RN Supervisor and provides leadership, guidance, and clinical oversight to nursing and support staff. This role integrates clinical expertise with administrative leadership to differentiates it from non-licensed practice management positions. Education And Credentials Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between assigned locations. Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New York and Pennsylvania. Experience Minimum of 2–3 years of nursing leadership or management experience in a medical or specialty care setting; oncology or infusion experience strongly preferred.
