Job Description Schedule: 7p-7a Weekend Position (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) -36hrs Weekend Incentive: $15/hr We’re searching for a Staff RN Cardiac Care to coordinate professional nursing and individualized, family centered care to pediatric patients/families through the use of the nursing process and clinical skills in accordance with standards and hospital policies and procedures. With 24/7 in-house critical care physicians and advanced practice providers, as well as dedicated pharmacists, social workers, nurse navigators, and dietitians, the Cardiac Care Unit offers a multidisciplinary, family-centered approach to care. Patients cared for in the Cardiac Care Unit are newborn to young adult with congenital and acquired heart disease undergoing pre and post-surgical repair and/or heart catheterization and patients with heart failure, transplant, shock, pulmonary hypertension, and patients needing ECMO support.
