Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify health concerns and provide appropriate interventions. Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic illnesses or special health needs. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies. Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students. Educate students, staff, and families on health-related topics, including illness prevention, nutrition, and hygiene. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address health concerns and promote a healthy school environment. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and serve as a resource for school health policies and procedures.
