ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: The caregiver is supervised by the Care Manager and receives scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator. PHYSICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL DEMANDS: Reposition and transfer clients, sustain weight of clients using proper transfer safety techniques and equipment (example: use of transfer belt while assisting client to transfer from bed to chair), and travel to client’s residence place of residence using a reliable means of transportation. FLEXIBILITY: We understand how difficult it can be to find a job that balances life and work. We’ll do our best to provide options that work with YOUR schedule.
