Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and records into electronic health record. Recognize abnormal results and reports to the nurse in charge or medical provider. Overview ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSE (NURSE PRACT-CLINICAL/PSYCHIATRIC) About the Position: This position is located within the Behavioral Health Psychiatric Services at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.
