Certifications: Pediatric certification, Advanced-Continuity of Care Certification (A-CCC), or other Case Management certification desirable. Skills: Ability to communicate with health care professionals, by demonstrating diplomacy, tact and a professional demeanor. Working knowledge of CMS and other review agency standards.
