Job Description Summary: This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Responsibilities And Duties: Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
