Quality, Patient Safety & Experience Reports near misses, adverse events, and patient/family complaints promptly. Conducts proactive rounding in pre‑op and post‑op areas to identify improvement opportunities. Delegates and assigns care activities to nurses, nursing care technicians, and unit secretaries within regulatory guidelines. Ensures adherence to infection prevention protocols. Manages patient delays efficiently and appropriately. Initiates service recovery when needed. Utilizes patient satisfaction data to support action plan development.
