RN clinical reimbursement specialist (PDPM Nurse)

Copper Ridge Nursing & Assisted Living Center is looking for dynamic RN with 1 year of LTC experience: Knowledgeable in EMR documentation process preferably PCC software Friendly attitude, with great interpersonal skills Ability to work with all Interdisciplinary staff Have Leadership qualities and organizational skills to lead team in PDPM process Training will be available JOB Description Attend daily morning meeting/report Attend Med A/ UR meeting weekly Attend CMI meeting twice a month Daily skilled notes for Med A and HMO pts Skilled notes 2 CE in 7 day look back period for LTC patients GG collection process and timely coding for all patients in facility Educate staff and Nurses on accuracy in ADL coding and daily administration of Resp tx Alerting and ensuring NP/ MD documentation for Dx and S/S of active Diseases Overseeing Dietary and Therapy staff for timely documentation for all pts and upcoming MDS process Completion of ALL assessments for MDS process (interview pts, assess skin, overall head to toe assessments) Adding Resp orders and overseeing daily accurate administration SUPPORTING MDS DEPARTMENT IN ALL Documentation NEEDS Benefits: 401k, health, life, vision, and dental insurance, PTO (paid time off), overtime pay, TapCheck, premium holiday pay, disability insurance, and stability in the strong leadership/management team who strives & achieves customer service excellence with dedicated staff qualifications. *Per the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, COVID-19 vaccines, or an approved exemption, are mandatory and are a requirement to work in our community.
