JOB Description

Attend daily morning meeting/report
Attend Med A/ UR meeting weekly
Attend CMI meeting twice a month
Daily skilled notes for Med A and HMO pts
Skilled notes 2 CE in 7 day look back period for LTC patients
GG collection process and timely coding for all patients in facility
Educate staff and Nurses on accuracy in ADL coding and daily administration of Resp tx
Alerting and ensuring NP/ MD documentation for Dx and S/S of active Diseases
Overseeing Dietary and Therapy staff for timely documentation for all pts and upcoming MDS process
Completion of ALL assessments for MDS process (interview pts, assess skin, overall head to toe assessments)
Adding Resp orders and overseeing daily accurate administration
SUPPORTING MDS DEPARTMENT IN ALL Documentation NEEDS
