Osteoarthritis is the primary underlying disease for most of our patient population, along with infections of joints, osteomyelitis, fractures, sarcoma, and avascular necrosis. A caregiver in this PRN position works varying shifts , from 7:00am – 7:30pm or 7:00pm – 7:30am. PRN works a minimum of 48 hours every 6 weeks.
