One year working in a residential setting with disabled adults or Home Care experience. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills. Overview Residential Registered Nurse Seven Hills Pediatric Center, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation The Residential Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct, hands-on nursing care to youth residing in the DCF-contracted, EEC-licensed Medically Complex Behavioral Residence in Groton, Massachusetts. The RN plays a critical role in maintaining the physical health, safety, and well-being of youth ages 12–18 with complex medical and behavioral needs. Responsibilities include providing daily nursing care, supervising LPNs, coordinating medical appointments, managing medications, supporting training and onboarding of staff, assisting with nursing schedules, and responding to medical or behavioral crises requiring nursing intervention. The RN ensures that each resident’s medical and behavioral care plan is implemented effectively in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Team Collaboration : Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to develop and implement holistic, trauma-informed care plans for each resident. Medication Management : Oversee medication administration and ensure that the Medication Administration Program (MAP) guidelines are followed. Qualifications Current Massachusetts RN License . Graduation from an accredited school of nursing . Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, or medically complex settings). Experience working with medically complex and behavioral health needs is highly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills . Ability to coordinate care across multiple providers and systems . Valid driver’s license .

How you make a difference As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is to provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
